Goal met and exceeded. Yesterday I rode 18.5 miles in 1 hour 9 minutes, and today I rode 27 miles (from apartment to Minuteman Bikeway, to the end, and back) in 1 hour 50 minutes. 16.5 miles in 1 hour 3 minutes today, and it felt great. I guess I should stop posting these every day at some point, but blogging about my training efforts gives me the feeling that I have a moral support group and helps to keep me from slacking off.

I just got back from my second run on the Minuteman Bikeway, the first being last Sunday. Today it is about 60 degrees (F) out, and it's supposed to rain later, so I took the opportunity to go for a ride during my lunch break.
